INGREDIENTS:
180g noodles
30g sczechuan oil
15g black vinegar sauce
80g lamb ragú
15g short spring onion
pinch of Biang Biang spices
1pc of sesame cracker
white sesame, chives, pickled chillies as garnish
PROCEDURE:
Handpull the noodles
Boil the noodles for 5 mins in salty water
Warm-up the ragú
In a bowl combine szechuan oil, black vinegar, short spring onion &
Biang Biang spices
Add noodles and ragú to the bowl and jump them together
Plate & garnish it
