INGREDIENTS:

PROCEDURE:

  • Handpull the noodles

  • Boil the noodles for 5 mins in salty water

  • Warm-up the ragú

  • In a bowl combine szechuan oil, black vinegar, short spring onion &

    Biang Biang spices

  • Add noodles and ragú to the bowl and jump them together

  • Plate & garnish it
