1tbs sambal oelek

5big or 10small padron peppers

lemon zest

pickled red and green chillies

maldon salt

procedure:

cook sausages at 200 degrees for 10 minutes

warm up the flat bread in the oven for 2 minutes the give it an extra roast on grill

fry the peppers until soft and nicely colorated finish them with lemon zest and Maldon salt

plate sausages, bread in 4 half, samba oelek

peppers and pickled chillies as in picture
