100g dried anchovies
200g dry red chilli
25pcs small shalots
28pcs red fresh chilli
10pcs lemongrass only the white part
10pcs garlic
100g dried shrimps
600g oil
150g tamarind water
12g salt
70g sugar
q.b. chicken stock
blitz all solid ingredients
warm up oil
roast the paste and season it with the sugar salt and at the end tamarind water and chicken stock to make it creamy
