pakora in manchurian sauce

PROCEDURE

Grate the pumpkin,sweet potatoes,potatoes at the big size of the grater and slice by knife the cabbage and the red onion.

Add the spices and the chickpeas flour.

Add the water slowly and start mixing.

The result needs to be a thick batter wich should be taken with a table spoon and poured in the fryer.

Serve it in the babicka plate with on the bottom the manchurian sauce,garnish with parilla leaves.

  • 50g Sweet potatoes

  • 50g Potatoes

  • 50g Pumpkin

  • 25g Cabbage

  • 25g Red onion

  • Ginger(just a bit grated inside)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Kurkuma

  • Cumin

  • Koriandr seeds powder

  • Chickpeas flour

  • Ice cold sparkling water

  • Manchurian sauce
