Kimchi Mezcalina

PROCEDURE

Put tajin on half a glass rim.

Shake all ingredients for 12-15 sec. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with 2 skewered cornishones. First one is skewered vertically, second - horizontally.

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.6 kimchi mezcal

  • 0.3 lime juice

  • 2 squeezes agave syrup

  • 2-4 drops valentina (depends on spiciness of kimchi)
