Kimchi Mezcal RECIPE

PROCEDURE

Combine everything in a 1 litre bottle, shake to mix it up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75 Gusano Rojo

  • 3 shots of kimchi juice

  • 0.6 fish sauce

  • 10-15 drops Valentina (depends on a spiciness of kimchi)

  • some kimchi chopped up (as much as you can fit in the bottle)
