Hokkaido pumpkin & Feta fried dumplings, Yogurt-Tahina and Sumac

PROCEDURE

Fry the 4 dumplings for 3 min then place them in the oven at 180 for 3 min

Squeeze the tahina on a warm plate

place the 4 dumplings and garnish with pumpkin’s seeds, fresh orange zest and a good pinch of sumac

Place on each dumplings the caramelized orange
