Ingredience :
1,5 kg hokkaido pumpkin
1,5 kg feta
75 g spring onion
15g 5spice
7g cumin
10g sunflower oil
18g salt
Process:
Roast pumpkin for 200 degrees for 15 mins
Smash in to puree
When cold add feta in big pieces, spring onion and spices
