Yuzu & Lemongrass Iced Tea

PROCEDURE

To make the tea, first brew the tea with hot water for 2-3 minutes. Then, discard the tea but keep the tea leaves.

Put the tea leaves in a big container and add very cold water. Let it cold brew for 12-14 hours.

Add lemongrass syrup and yuzu juice. Stir, have a little taste to check the balance of sweetness and acidity. Strain into 0,5 bottles.

Serve together with a lemonade glass, filled with ice, with slice of lemon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1400 ml of lemongrass syrup per 10 of tea

  • 160 gr of Earl Grey (16 gr of Earl Grey tea per 1 liter of water)

  • 600 ml yuzu juice
