WASABI MAYO

INGREGEDENTS:

  • 2700gr Mayo

  • 300gr Lemon juice

  • 300g wasabi powder

  • 150 Sugar

  • 10g Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl put Lemon juice, wasabi powder, sugar, salt. Mixing until all ingredients blended, dissolved.

  • Later put the mixture together with Mayo.
