Venetian Spritz

PROCEDURE

Take a cognac glass and fill it with a large amount of ice. Squeeze the juice out of the orange slice and drop it in the glass. (Careful with seeds). Add olive brine and Select, then prosecco, finish with a splash of sparkling water. Stir slightly to not disturb the bubbles. Garnish with a skewered olive.

Short straw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bar spoon of olive brine

  • 1 thick slice of orange

  • 1 shot of Select

  • 2 shots of prosecco

  • splash of sparkling water


NOTE

Make sure prosecco and sparkling water are full of bubbles.
