INGREDIENTS
200ml mushroom miso stock
20g wakame
10g king oyster mushroom
5g chives
pinch of fried garlic
pinch of white pepper
1tbs spring onion
1 tsp Szechuan peppercorn oil
Three mushroom dumplings & Wakame Miso soup
PROCEDURE
Boil the dumplings in salted water for 3 min
Bring to boil 200ml of mushroom stock with dry wakame
Serve in a hot bowl and top with chives, fried garlic and Szechuan peppercorn oil
