pineapple(orange)kimchi roll

PROCEDURE

Rehydrate rice paper with warm hot water

When the paper is ready to use put inside:shiso, coriander,fry shallot,eggs,marinated tofu,(orange lunch time)pineapple,kimchi,caramelized peanuts

Wrap as a “summer” roll and cut in 4 equal pcs

Make 4 dots of fermented chili mayo on the,put 4 pcs of kimchi roll on the sauce and on each roll 1 pcs of preserved orange.

Garnish with baby melissa on top and sprinkle gochujang and caramelized peanuts.
