Sloe Gin Fizz
PROCEDURE
Take a prosecco glass, fill it up with ice and water to cool it down.
Combine everything, but prosecco, in a shaker and first dry-shake (without ice) for 20 sec, then shake with ice to chill the cocktail. Strain into prosecco glass without ice. Fill the rest of the glass with prosecco. Be careful when adding prosecco, so the foam doesn’t go out of the glass.
For garnish:
Carefully line 3 drops of Angostura bitters onto a foam. Go through them with a toothpick to make a pattern. (See a picture)
INGREDIENTS
0,4 of Tosh sloe gin
0,25 lime juice
0,2 simple syrup
1 egg white
Prosecco
NOTE
Sloe gin is made from ripe sloes, other name is blackthorn, or trnka in Czech
