PROCEDURE

Warm up the vinegar together with the rest of the ingredients.

Boil in a salty water the pork skin till they rich soft texture.

Remove all the white fat on it and cut them in small stripes.

Now you can place them in the pickled liquid.

Leave them in the fridge overnight before to use it.

  • 2L rice brown vinegar

  • 6 lime leaves

  • 8pcs of garlic

  • 800g sugar

  • 4 green chilli(crashed a bit)

  • Pork skin
