Paprika schnitzel

PROCEDURE

Season the paprikas with salt and pepper and cook them in the oven for 10/15 min.

Once ready put them on a small trail and wrap with foil to remove the skin.

Chop finely the lime leaves and the nori. Mix everything with the panko and the sasame seeds.

Cut the paprika in slices of 6/7 cm wide.

Bread the paprika with corn starch, eggs and the panko mixture.

  • 100g Panko

  • 14 Lime leaves

  • 30g Black sesame seeds

  • 30 White sesame seeds

  • 1 tbs Nori

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Eggs

  • Corn starch
