PROCEDURE
Make some holes in the sausages,boil them for 6 minutes and then grill them.
Season the rice with some yellow curry and throw inside some extra chifonade of perilla.
The pickled salad according to availability,always season it with a touch of maldon salt,sichuan oil,sumac,koriander seeds powder and cumin.
