PENANG PASTE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500gr peanut. Boiled from cold water until soft.

  • 90gr dried long chili. Soaked over night and drained.

  • 40gr coriander root

  • 200gr galangal

  • 375gr shallot

  • 125gr lemongrass

  • 250gr garlic

  • 2.5 nutmeg coarsely and briefhly roasted

    DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend the ingredients adding peanuts in the end.

  • Roast in Veg oil in a Frying pan.
