PENANG PASTE
INGREDIENTS:
500gr peanut. Boiled from cold water until soft.
90gr dried long chili. Soaked over night and drained.
40gr coriander root
200gr galangal
375gr shallot
125gr lemongrass
250gr garlic
2.5 nutmeg coarsely and briefhly roasted
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the ingredients adding peanuts in the end.
Roast in Veg oil in a Frying pan.
