Monkey Shoulder Lazy Old Fashioned

PROCEDURE

Take a short glass and cool it down with ice. Pour 2 shots of pre-mix over the ice, give it a slight stir for 5 sec.

Garnish with an orange peel. Express oil from a peel over a lighter to give it a nice aroma, rub it aroung the glass edges and drop it in.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 shots of pre-mix

PRE-MIX

  • 70cl Monkey Shoulder bottle

  • 90ml Sugar syrup

  • 30ml of Angostura Bitters

  • 40 ml water

Always keep it in the fridge.
