Monkey old fashioned

PROCEDURE

Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass. Add ice and stir for 25 sec. Strain into a short tumbler glass.

Garnish with orange peel (oil expressed over a lighter)

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.6 monkey shoulder

  • barspoon sugar syrup

  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes orange bitters
