Mojito

PROCEDURE

Served in a 1.8 l jug WITH a wooden spoon.

In a jug muddle limes with sugar and mint from 3-4 stems. Add rhum, rest of the mint (picked, without a stem). Fill the jug with jce (around 4 scoops). Fill it up with sparkling water. Stir to combine, gently so you don’t ruin bubbles. Add wooden spoon for serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 240 ml rhum Neisson

  • 4-5 limes cut in quarters

  • 6 tablespoons CANE sugar

  • 7-8 mint stems

Served with short tumbler glasses, with ice and a short straw, no additional garnish
