Hot Smokey Sansho

PROCEDURE

Warm up the heatproof mug with hot water and then discard the water.

In the mug add 0,6 whisky and 0.2 lemon juice.

In the pitcher combine ginger, cinnamon and honey. Fill with hot water from coffee machine and stir to dissolve honey.

Add pitcher contents into the mug, using sieve.

Garnish with cinnamon stick.

  • 0,6 Blackpitt’s whisky

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 0,2 lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger puree

  • 170 ml hot water

  • 1 cinnamon stick
