Hot Sansho boost

PROCEDURE

Combine everything in the pitcher. Add hot water from the coffee machine. Stir to dissolve honey.

Strain through sieve into the heatproof mug. Using the back of the spoon, press the ginger juices out of what will be left in the sieve.

Garnish with a slice of orange.

  • 3 bar spoons of ginger puree

  • 0,6 orange juice

  • bar spoon of honey
