DESCRIPTION
A flat white is a blend of micro-foamed milk poured over a double shot of espresso. This microfoam is steamed milk infused with air, which creates tiny air bubbles, to create a smooth and velvety texture and creamy taste.
To say in more simpler words, it is like a double capuccino, but the foam isn’t as thick as the one capuccino has.
