Fennel and chrisantemus salad
PROCEDURE
Cut with the slicer at 0,5 size the fennel(remove the bottom).Put it straight in ice and water,do the same with the chrisantemus and drain everything.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and at the last minutes pour the dressing,mix it again and serve it on the high plate(papaya).
