PROCEDURE

Take a martini glass and cool it down with ice.

Make one shot of espresso. While the coffee is preparing, combine all the ingredients in the shaker, then add espresso and ice. Shake hard, then strain into a martini glass with no ice inside.

Must have a nice thick layer of foam, onto which you put 3 coffee beans as a garnish.

No straw.
