Cherry Chilli Ginger sour

PROCEDURE

Fill up a martini glass with ice in order to cool it down. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for 20-30 seconds, hard, so you’ll have a nice foam. Then add to the shaker ice, 5-7 ice cubes would be enough, and shake for 5-7 seconds just to chill the contents.

Strain into a martini glass, no ice inside.

Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.


INGREDIENTS

  • 0,4 cherry liquor

  • 0,2 ginger liquor

  • 0,3 lime juice

  • 0,2 sugar syrup

  • 1 shot egg white


NOTE

It is called sour for a reason, so don’t forget to taste the cocktail to be sure all the liquors and sugar are balanced with a lime juice.
