BBQ Pineapple&Jalapeno Margarita

PROCEDURE

Rub a piece of lime on one side of the glass, dip the glass into salt-lime-chilli mixture. (With one side only). Fill the glass with ice to cool it down.

Muddle jalapenos in the shaker. Combine the rest of ingredients and shake hard for the contents to chill. Discard the ice from a glass and fill it with new ice. Double strain (with the strainer and through the sieve) to get rid of jalapeno seeds into the glass.

Slice of jalapeno as a garnish.

No straw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 slices of jalapeno

  • 0,6 pineapple tequila

  • 0,3 lime juice

  • 0.2 cointreau

  • squeeze of agave syrup

NOTE

There is a difference between 2-3 seedless jalapenos slices and the ones full of seeds. What we are going for is for the jalapeno to compliment the pineapple, not overpower it.
