ASPARAGUS&marbled egg yellow curry

PROCEDURE

Place the asparagus on the grill,brush them with clarify butter and sprinkle with sichuan bbq spices.

Warm up the yellow curry with lime leaves inside and at last second throw herbs and squeeze half lime.

Place the sauce on the bottom and nicely the rest of the ingredients,garnish with thai basil,pickled chilli.

Plate to define,cup with ‘ears’ for the rice guarnished with yellow coconut flakes on top,salad plate for the mix fermentation(seasoned previously with sichuan oil,sumac,cumin and coriander seeds powder ).

  • 10/12 halves of asparagus

  • 1 Marbled egg in half

  • Vegeterian Furikake

  • 2 Panelle

  • 4 Smashed Macadamia

  • Thai basil

  • Pickled chilli

  • Roti

  • Rice( yellow coconut flakes)

  • Lacto fermented salad
