Anti-Hangover Michelada with Grilled Prawns

PROCEDURE

Rub a slice of lime all over the tall glass. Dip the edges into tajin.

Combine all ingredients, except beer, in a glass, add 3-4 ice cubes and stir briefly. Top up with tap beer.

Garnish with grilled prawns (which come from the kitchen) on a metal skewer.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 shots Clamato juice

  • 0,25 lime juice

  • pinch of salt

  • 0,15 Worcestershire sauce

  • 20 dashes of Valentina sauce

  • 6 dashes Maggi seasoning

  • Beer

NOTE

Be careful so the beer foam doesn’t wash tajin away.
